Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) in this PRN position coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in the ICU, collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, administering medications, managing complex medical equipment, advocating for patient needs, and adhering to infection control protocols. Candidates must possess an RN license and Basic Life Support certification, along with 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience. Advanced certifications such as ACLS and PALS are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required
- RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure required
- BCLS - Basic Life Support required
Desired Qualifications
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support preferred
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation preferred
