Registered Nurse ICU, PRN

Assess patient needs across adult, pediatric, adolescent, and geriatric populations while acting as a patient advocate. Formulate goal-directed care plans based on nursing diagnoses and implement skilled interventions to achieve desired outcomes. Establish care priorities using available center resources and perform emergency responses following established protocols. Maintain accurate, timely documentation and review physician orders professionally. Treat all patients equally in adherence to the center's Patient Rights policy and participate in mandatory services and staff meetings. Maintain BLS and ACLS certifications throughout employment.
