Job Summary
Provide direct patient care in an inpatient ICU setting using the nursing process; apply competent clinical knowledge and independent nursing judgment to deliver high-quality care; assess and address patients' age-specific needs; collaborate with an interdisciplinary health care team; delegate and supervise patient care tasks as applicable; participate in performance improvement activities and ensure safe patient handling and mobility according to unit standards.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse license issued by the state where services will be provided or current multi-state RN license through eNLC
- Obtain Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire date
Desired Qualifications
- BSN preferred
- BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)
- eNLC multi-state RN license considered
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
