Registered Nurse, ICU, Per Diem

Conduct direct patient care from admission to discharge, performing assessments, reassessments, and developing individual care plans within the ICU setting. Direct, supervise, and evaluate nursing care while delegating tasks to staff based on competency levels. Utilize the nursing process to manage patient populations and coordinate discharge planning. Work per diem hours, including weekends and holidays, in a medium physical demand environment. Current Massachusetts nursing licensure and BLS certification are required.
