REGISTERED NURSE ICU, PER DIEM NIGHTS

Conduct hourly rounds with purpose to evaluate the environment for patient safety and proactively address needs like pain management and re-positioning. Construct and implement comprehensive plans of care that integrate direct and indirect activities related to patient diagnoses and co-morbidities. Coordinate interdisciplinary care by developing individualized goals, treatment plans, and discharge strategies that meet specific patient and family needs. Assess psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and diversity requirements while providing professional leadership to the healthcare team. Deliver patient-centered care in accordance with facility standards, offering flexible part-time day shift coverage.
