REGISTERED NURSE ICU, PER DIEM NIGHTS

Conduct hourly rounds with purpose to evaluate the environment for patient safety and proactively address needs like pain management and re-positioning. Construct and implement patient care plans that integrate direct and indirect activities related to diagnoses and co-morbidities while coordinating interdisciplinary goals and discharge strategies. Assess psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and diversity needs of patients and families, providing professional leadership and support to the healthcare team in accordance with facility standards. Deliver personalized, patient-centered care demonstrating service excellence within a compassionate, teamwork-oriented environment.
