REGISTERED NURSE ICU, PER DIEM DAYS

Job Summary
Conduct daily ICU rounds to evaluate patient needs, pain, and re-positioning requirements while integrating psychosocial, spiritual, and diversity assessments into care plans. Construct and implement individualized treatment goals and discharge strategies that address co-morbidities within the interdisciplinary framework. Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team, ensuring all patient interactions align with Sierra Medical Center's standards of compassion, empathy, and service excellence. This part-time, flexible day shift role requires a current NV RN license, ACLS, and BLS certification, with a preference for acute care experience.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN approved RN program
- Current NV nursing license
- Current ACLS & BLS certificates
- Handle with Care (or obtained within six months of employment)
Desired Qualifications
- One year full time or three years part time experience in an acute care setting
