Job Summary
Conduct patient and family psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and diversity needs assessments while constructing and implementing care plans for co-morbidities. Coordinate interdisciplinary goals, treatment plans, and discharge strategies tailored to individual patient requirements. Perform hourly rounds to strengthen communication, ensure patient safety, and proactively evaluate the environment for comfort and security. Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team in accordance with facility policies and patient-centered care standards. This part-time night shift role offers flexible scheduling within a regional multi-facility system known for quality care and innovation.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN approved RN program
- Current NV nursing license
- Current ACLS & BLS certificates
- Handle with Care (or obtained within six months of employment)
Desired Qualifications
- One year full time or three years part time experience in an acute care setting
