REGISTERED NURSE, ICU, Part Time Nights

Construct and implement the plan of care for ICU patients by integrating direct and indirect activities related to diagnoses and co-morbidities. Coordinate interdisciplinary care plans, including goals, treatment, and discharge strategies tailored to individual needs. Conduct hourly rounds to evaluate patient safety, anticipate requirements such as pain management or re-positioning, and maintain a patient-friendly environment. Inform families of open medical records, support visitation policies, and promote quiet zones during invasive procedures. Provide professional leadership to the healthcare team while adhering to facility standards and patient-centered care principles. This part-time night shift role offers 24 hours per week with relocation assistance and full benefits.
