Job Summary
Provides patient-centered ICU care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) and coordinates/delivers high-quality care per organizational policies. Administers medications, assists with procedures, monitors life-support equipment, responds to emergencies, collaborates with physicians and the healthcare team, documents thoroughly, educates patients and families, ensures infection control, promotes patient safety, participates in audits and performance improvement, and maintains compliance with standards of practice.
Required Qualifications
- RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure required
- BCLS - Basic Life Support required
