Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care of patients using the nursing process, evidence-based practice, and interdisciplinary team collaboration. Direct care delivery through delegation, prioritize patient needs, and coordinate resources while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with legal and ethical standards. Manage time and supplies effectively to meet individualized care plans and reassess patient responses to interventions. Requires current RN licensure, BLS certification, and BSN degree; includes 24 weekly hours at $38.37–$56.17 hourly in Billings, Montana.
Required Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice
- Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required as of the job description's last update on 4/27/2025
- RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within four (4) years of their hire date
