Job Summary
Direct patient care in the ICU using the nursing process from admission to discharge; perform patient assessments/reassessments; develop and coordinate individual care plans including discharge planning; supervise, coordinate, and evaluate nursing care within the ICU; delegate appropriately to others in accordance with competency; requires MA RN licensure with BLS (ACLS preferred); schedule includes 6:45 PM–7:15 AM night shifts (24 hours total); COVID-era and union considerations apply as described.
Required Qualifications
- Current Massachusetts Nursing licensure and registration
- BLS required (ACLS certification preferred)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing highly preferred
