Job Summary
ICU RN on night shift (6pm-6am) at North Okaloosa Medical Center in Crestview, FL. Responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in the ICU, administering medications, assisting physicians during procedures, monitoring complex equipment (ventilators, monitors, life-support systems), and participating in life-saving interventions and code team activities. Emphasizes infection control, patient safety, documentation, education for patients and families, and collaboration with interprofessional teams. Requires RN licensure and BCLS; ACLS, PALS, and NRP are preferred. Benefits include licensure/certification reimbursement, tuition reimbursement, and a sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- RN licensure (State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure)
- BCLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting
