Registered Nurse- ICU

Assess patient status, implement clinical nursing interventions to modify symptoms, and develop patient care plans under the direction of the unit manager. Provide direct clinical patient care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, including supervision of staff and delegation of appropriate care. Ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care while managing resources and supporting the CNO on competency and resource matters. Requires less than one year of experience.
