Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process, including physical, social, and psychological status reviews. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans, delegate tasks, and coordinate patient transitions. Monitor patient responses to interventions, revise care plans as needed, and ensure accurate, timely documentation while adhering to legal and ethical standards. Manage time, supplies, and resources to prioritize care delivery in a busy ICU environment. Requires current RN license, BLS certification, and BSN degree; offers 30 weekly hours at $37.45–$57.29 with a 10k sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice
- Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN)
- Education must be obtained from an accredited institution
- Degree will be verified
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required as of the job description's last update on 4/27/2025
- Employees hired or promoted prior to this date will be held to the minimum requirements that were in place at the time of their promotion or hire
Desired Qualifications
- RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within four (4) years of their hire date
