Job Summary
ICU Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using the nursing process. Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to develop individualized plans, delegate and coordinate care, and ensure timely documentation and compliance with licensure provisions. Requires RN license and a BSN (per recent update) with BLS certification. Role executes patient care with emphasis on critical thinking, prioritization, and coordination within an ICU setting; typical hours are part-time (30/week) at St. Marys Regional Hospital, Grand Junction, CO.
Required Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice
- Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred and as of 4/27/2025 required
