Job Summary
Registered Nurse ICU role coordinating and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in the ICU, collaborating with medical staff to implement care plans, educate patients and families on conditions and treatments, and participate in ongoing quality improvements. Requires RN license and nursing education credentials (RN Diploma or Associate Degree). Mandatory certifications: ACLS within 1 year, BLS within 30 days, and TNCC within 1 year. The position emphasizes evidence-based practice, interdisciplinary teamwork, and leadership in patient management within a Level II trauma center setting.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Trauma Nursing Core Course must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date

- Registered Nurse Diploma, or Associate Degree
