Registered Nurse-ICU Full-Time Nights

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments covering physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and environmental variables. Develop and update nursing plans of care with interdisciplinary team input while prioritizing care needs based on changing patient status. Administer prescribed medications, provide pain management, and coordinate care activities with physicians and community agencies. Anticipate potential problems related to disease entities, complications, and discharge needs, then actively participate in discharge planning from admission. Document treatments, assessments, and patient responses to interventions accurately while communicating status changes to shift charge nurses and healthcare providers. Evaluate patient and family responses to teaching plans and initiate care conferences to revise plans based on patient response.
