Job Summary
Coordinate interdisciplinary care plans and conduct hourly rounds to evaluate patient needs, including pain management and re-positioning. Implement comprehensive plans of care that address psychosocial, spiritual, and diversity requirements while integrating direct and indirect activities. Provide professional leadership to the healthcare team and ensure all patient interactions align with facility standards and patient-centered care principles. This part-time, flexible day shift role offers opportunities within a regional multi-facility system serving the Truckee Meadows.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN approved RN program
- Current NV nursing license
- Current ACLS & BLS certificates
- Handle with Care (or obtained within six months of employment)
Desired Qualifications
- one year full time or three years part time experience in an acute care setting
