Job Summary
Assess patient and family psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and diversity needs. Construct and implement plans of care integrating direct and indirect activities related to diagnoses and co-morbidities. Coordinate interdisciplinary care implementation, developing goals, treatment plans, and discharge plans. Complete hourly rounds to strengthen communication, improve safety, and proactively evaluate the environment for patient needs and safety. Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team while demonstrating service excellence standards.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN approved RN program
- Current NV nursing license
- Current ACLS & BLS certificates
- Handle with Care (or obtained within six months of employment)
Desired Qualifications
- Prefer one year full time or three years part time experience in an acute care setting
