Job Summary
Conduct patient-centered nursing care in the ICU, assessing psychosocial, spiritual, and emotional needs while constructing and implementing individualized plans of care. Coordinate interdisciplinary treatment goals, discharge strategies, and hourly rounds to evaluate pain, re-positioning, and toileting requirements. Provide professional leadership to the healthcare team, ensuring all interventions align with facility policies and safety standards. This part-time, flexible day shift role requires an RN with current NV licensure, ACLS, and BLS certification, and at least one year of acute care experience.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN approved RN program
- Current NV nursing license
- Current ACLS & BLS certificates
- Handle with Care (or obtained within six months of employment)
Desired Qualifications
- One year full time or three years part time experience in an acute care setting
