Job Summary
Conduct daily ICU rounds to evaluate patient needs, including pain management, re-positioning, and toileting. Construct and implement individualized plans of care that integrate direct and indirect activities for assigned patients. Coordinate interdisciplinary treatment goals and discharge planning while addressing psychosocial, spiritual, and diversity needs. Provide professional leadership to the healthcare team in accordance with facility policies and Patient Centered Care standards. This part-time day shift role offers flexible scheduling for registered nurses with current NV licensure and ACLS/BLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN approved RN program
- Current NV nursing license
- Current ACLS & BLS certificates
- Handle with Care (or obtained within six months of employment)
Desired Qualifications
- one year full time or three years part time experience in an acute care setting
