Job Summary
Registered Nurse – ICU Float Unit responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care on an ICU/Neonatal unit, providing supervision of non-RN staff, serving as charge nurse when needed, and collaborating with healthcare team to develop and communicate individualized plans of care. Requires BSN (preferred), pediatric/neonatal ICU experience, and CT RN license; proficiency with electronic medical records and adherence to patient-centered care, safety, and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate Of An Accredited School Of Nursing; BSN Preferred
- Valid State Of Connecticut Registered Nurse License
- BLS Required
- 1 Year Neonatal ICU RN experience required
Desired Qualifications
- BSN preferred
- CCRN or neuro specialty a plus
- 1 year Neonatal ICU RN experience required
- Proficient in Electronic Medical Records
- BLS required
