Job Summary
Registered Nurse – ICU Float Unit role requiring supervision of non-RN personnel, clinical assessment and care planning across ICU/neuro/neonatal units, charge nurse responsibilities, and precepting new staff. Requires BSN preferred, CT RN license, 1 year Neonatal ICU experience, and BLS. Duties include developing and documenting care plans, coordinating with healthcare team, evaluating patient outcomes, and providing education to patients and families; may work on other nursing units per staffing needs. Must be proficient with electronic health records.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate Of An Accredited School Of Nursing; BSN Preferred
- 1 Year Neonatal ICU RN experience required
- Valid State Of Connecticut Registered Nurse License
- BLS Required
- Proficient in Electronic Patient Records/Computer Software
