Registered Nurse – ICU Float Unit

Registered Nurse – ICU Float Unit responsible for assessing, planning, and coordinating care for neonatal ICU patients, supervising non-RN staff, and serving as charge nurse and preceptor as needed. Develops, communicates, and documents individualized plans of care, collaborates with the healthcare team, and ensures readiness for discharge. Performs advanced nursing skills including neuro assessments, airway management, suctioning (pharyngeal and tracheostomy), ventilator care, and specialized procedures; supports patient/family education and ongoing quality of care. BSN preferred with 1 year Neonatal ICU RN experience; requires proper nursing licensure and BLS certification.
