Registered Nurse - ICU Float Unit

Registered Nurse – ICU Float Unit capable of assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care on an ICU/Neuro-focused unit; will supervise non-RN personnel, act as charge nurse, and precept new staff. Requires BSN preferred and CT RN license with at least 1 year acute nursing experience; strong skills in neuro assessment, airway management, ventilator care, tracheostomy care, Halo brace patient care, and utilization of electronic health records. Critical care or emergency experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to educate patients and families and collaborate with healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.
