Registered Nurse - ICU Float Unit

Registered Nurse – ICU Float Unit responsible for bedside patient care on Neuro/Cardiac ICU units, assessing and planning individualized care, supervising non-RN personnel, and acting as charge nurse. Provides and coordinates care across the continuum, documents plans, educates patients and families, and collaborates with the healthcare team. Requires competency in neuro assessment, airway management, care of tracheostomy patients, ventilator management, and familiarity with devices such as ECMO/ LVAD and Halo braces. Utilizes the Tia teaching program, supports performance expectations, and participates in professional development. BSN preferred; CT licensure and BCLS within one month of hire are required; clinical specialty certification encouraged.
