Registered Nurse – ICU Float Unit

Registered Nurse in the ICU Float Unit. Performs assessments, plans, implements, and evaluates individualized patient care; supervises non-RN personnel; serves as charge nurse and preceptor to new staff. Demonstrates neuro-focused skills including neuro assessment, airway management, care of tracheostomy patients, suctioning, and use of ventilators. Collaborates with the healthcare team, educates patients and families, and contributes to discharge planning. BSN preferred with 1 year Neonatal ICU RN experience; CT RN license; proficient with electronic patient records. Requires adherence to unit policies and patient-centered care.
