Job Summary
Registered Nurse ICU Float Pool responsible for delivering high-quality care across ICU and related areas as needed, with potential rotation to different units. Role requires advanced nursing knowledge, clinical competencies, and collaboration with management and nursing councils to influence patient outcomes. Accountabilities include delivering care within the scope of practice, ensuring safety, and adapting to the needs of diverse patient populations in an ICU float pool setting. Requires current BLS and ACLS, Colorado RN licensure (or multistate), BSN strongly preferred, and two+ years ICU experience preferred. The position is within HCA HealthONE Swedish, with floating within the Swedish campus and no travel.
Required Qualifications
- Current BLS Certification and ACLS Certification through AHA or ARC
- Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate nursing licensure
- Graduate of a certified School of Nursing. BSN strongly preferred.
- Two or more years of inpatient acute ICU RN experience strongly preferred.
