Job Summary
Implement and monitor patient care plans while assessing and coordinating care needs with the healthcare team. Serve as a coordinator of all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders, and monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as appropriate. This PRN, Tier 2, nights role at Ascension's Saint Thomas Midtown and West facilities requires an RN with ICU experience and Tennessee licensure.
Required Qualifications
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing
- current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing
- Required professional licensure at time of hire
- RN ICU Experience
