Job Summary
Implement and monitor patient care plans while assessing and coordinating care needs with the healthcare team. Record and communicate patient conditions as appropriate, then carry out physician and nursing orders. Serve as the coordinator of all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care across Saint Thomas Midtown and West facilities. This PRN ICU float role requires RN licensure and ICU experience, with BLS certification needed within 30 days of hire.
Required Qualifications
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing
- current home state license for multi-state license recognition 'Compact State' obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing
- Required professional licensure at time of hire
- RN ICU Experience
