Job Summary
Provide competent nursing care to critically ill patients (newborn through adult) and their families across Medical ICU, Medical/Surgical ICU, Neonatal ICU, and Cardiac ICU as a member of a multidisciplinary team. Deliver family-centered care within a fast-paced environment while participating in hospital-wide committees and precepting new staff and nursing students. Requires a bachelor's degree in nursing, minimum one year of pediatric ICU experience, and current Massachusetts RN licensure. Eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus for 36-hour hires and an additional $8.00/hour incentive for clinical hours.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in nursing
- A minimum of 1-year, pediatric ICU RN experience
- Current Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Ability to work 50% Day/Night rotations
- Ability to work every third weekend
- Flexibility of availability
