Registered Nurse - ICU

Provide and coordinate patient care in the ICU, educate patients and the public about health conditions, and support patients and families. Assess patients, implement and monitor medical plans with the interprofessional team, perform systematic evaluations, identify nursing diagnoses, define expected outcomes, develop and evaluate care plans, record vital signs, recognize abnormalities, maintain and update nursing skills, promote health and a safe environment, understand diagnostic tests, perform life support as per regulatory standards (BLS, PALS, ACLS, NALS), prepare patients for examinations and treatments, administer medications and IV treatments, provide wound care, assist in invasive and non-invasive procedures, and facilitate safe admissions, transfers, and discharges.
