Job Summary
Evaluates assigned patients and plans, implements, and documents nursing care in the ICU. Assists physicians during examinations and procedures, performs patient tests, and administers medications within the scope of practice. Promotes patient independence by establishing care goals and educating patients and families. Requires a strong clinical assessment, critical thinking skills, and an active RN license in Arkansas. 36-hour full-time work week with 12-hour shifts and a $10,000 sign-on bonus for new hires with an 18-month commitment.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arkansas
- Associate degree
- BLS certification
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
