Registered Nurse ICU Critical Care

As a Registered Nurse in ICU Critical Care, you will coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, documenting care, teaching patients and families about conditions and follow-up, and supporting ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. You will apply nursing models (Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage) and advocate for patients/families while aligning with organizational goals. Responsibilities include performing procedures and monitoring as ordered by medical providers, educating patients on conditions, treatments, and self-management, and contributing to a holistic treatment plan to promote recovery.
