Job Summary
Facilitate, communicate, and collaborate with the healthcare team and patient/family to identify and meet physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Promote optimal health, well-being, and safety through the nursing process while adhering to patient care standards, guidelines, and the State Nurse Practice Act. Demonstrate personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values. Requires an Associate Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), current RN license, and one year of specialty experience. Full-time position at St. Catherine Hospital in Garden City, Kansas, offering up to $8,000 relocation assistance and certification pay.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Nursing
- Nursing Diploma or by endorsement
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- RN License
- Current state nursing licenses or valid RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact
- One year experience
