Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process, including physical, social, and psychological status. Direct the interdisciplinary team through delegation and collaboration while setting priorities to coordinate care delivery. Manage time, supplies, and resources to ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient responses to interventions. Revises care plans as needed based on clinical outcomes and family satisfaction. Requires current state license, BLS certification, and BSN degree. Located at Intermountain Health St Vincent Regional Hospital in Billings, Montana, with a scheduled weekly schedule of 24 hours.
Required Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice
- Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN)
- Education must be obtained from an accredited institution
- Degree will be verified
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required as of the job description's last update on 4/27/2025
- Employees hired or promoted prior to this date will be held to the minimum requirements that were in place at the time of their promotion or hire
Desired Qualifications
- RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within four (4) years of their hire date
