Job Summary
The ICU/CCU Registered Nurse provides critical care to patients with severe cardiac conditions, closely monitoring vital signs and administering complex medications. Responsibilities include performing advanced life support interventions, interpreting hemodynamic monitoring data, and educating patients and families about treatment plans. The position requires active RN licensure in Texas, BLS and ACLS certifications, and a minimum of one year of relevant experience. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered with an 18-month commitment.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience required
- Ability to rapidly assess patient situations
- Expertise in cardiac monitoring and advanced life support techniques
- Effective communication with physicians and patients/families
