Job Summary
Registered Nurse ICU Burn Center role responsible for managing recovery and implementing complex care plans for high-acuity burn patients. Lead multidisciplinary care teams, coordinate between intensivists, specialists, and therapists, and execute physician orders with precision in a fast-paced ICU environment. Provide clear communication and emotional support to families, navigate the path to recovery, and uphold high standards of patient safety. Requires Indiana RN licensure and BLS; ACLS/ALS preferred. Night shift, part-time schedule in Indianapolis/Carmel, IN.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse license in Indiana
- BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR licensure at time of hire
- Advanced Life Support (ALS) preferred
