Job Summary
The Registered Nurse I (PRN) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using the nursing process while adhering to hospital standards. Responsibilities also include documentation of nursing actions, facilitating patient discharges, and collaborating effectively with other healthcare disciplines. Required skills include knowledge of disease management, effective communication, and the ability to organize and prioritize tasks. A valid Oklahoma RN license and 2 years of relevant experience are mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Valid multi-state or State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse License
- 2 years related experience
Additional Requirements
- Must work a minimum of 96 hours per month, including 24 weekend hours
- Requires working on two major holidays (one summer, one winter) annually
- Safety sensitive position; applicants who test positive for marijuana may not be hired
