Registered Nurse I-Medical Progressive Care Unit

Registered Nurse I for the Medical Progressive Care Unit (5W) at Saint Francis Yale Campus, Tulsa. Provides nursing care using the nursing process: assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care for higher-acuity medical/surgical patients with respiratory emphasis. Documents steps of the nursing process, utilizes medical terminology, and facilitates patient discharge with appropriate referrals and education. Works collaboratively with other disciplines, participates in unit education and quality initiatives, and demonstrates effective communication, organization, and prioritization. Requires valid RN licensure (state or multi-state) and 0-6 months related experience. Full-time night shift; unit aims for attentive, characteristic patient-centered care in a safety-sensitive environment.
