Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) in the General Surgery unit (Rochester General Hospital) providing high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities include initial and ongoing patient assessments, documenting and communicating assessments to the interdisciplinary team, developing and documenting individualized plans of care, ensuring compliance with safety and documentation policies, updating plans of care based on evaluations, and submitting at least one CRU form for Nursing Research. Requires NYS RN license and BLS, with AS in Nursing; BSN preferred and 6 months–1 year RN experience depending on ladder level. 36 hours per week, day/evening shifts. Salary range $38.67-$51.92/hour, with a pay range noted for full-time employment. Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing
