Registered Nurse I Emergency Center Eufaula

Registered Nurse I in the Emergency Center at Saint Francis Eufaula provides patient-focused care using the nursing process. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care; documenting steps; coordinating with other disciplines; and facilitating discharge through appropriate referrals and patient education. Requires 36 hours per week across three 12-hour shifts (nights) in a Primary Stroke Center in Oklahoma. Must possess a nursing diploma or degree and an active RN license (multi-state or Oklahoma). 0-6 months related experience preferred; Emergency Room experience strongly preferred. Demonstrates knowledge of disease state management, the bio-psychosocial model, clinical pathways, and strong communication and organizational skills; operates within hospital policies and unit procedures and collaborates to support unit and hospital goals.
