Job Summary

Participate in quality improvement initiatives, data analysis, and the development of evidence-based care protocols while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and accreditation requirements. Address patient and family concerns and assist in resolving care-related issues. Maintain accurate records of education and compliance efforts, generate reports to track progress, and stay updated on the latest nursing research and advancements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree Nursing
- 5+ Years of clinical nursing experience
- Registered Nurse (RN) - Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS (AHA )
- ACLS
