Job Summary
Provide professional nursing care at an advanced practitioner level in accordance with patient and family-centered care principles. Safely and independently administer prescribed treatments, medications, and nursing interventions for complex patient groups based on assessment and plan of care. Coordinate care planning with other disciplines while utilizing Telehealth technology daily. Deliver an inpatient level of care independently within a patient's home.
