Registered Nurse Hospice

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for individuals with complex health needs in inpatient, outpatient, and procedural areas. Deliver care aligned with ANA standards and specialty-specific guidelines while modeling leadership through mentoring and charge nurse responsibilities. Directly supervise ancillary staff including LPNs and PCAs, and participate in performance improvement and unit committees. Provide patient teaching and support family involvement in the care process. Shifts are nights, 36 hours per week, with every other weekend off.
