Job Summary
Conduct home visits to hospice clients in Ocean and Monmouth counties, administering medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures while monitoring conditions and reporting changes to managers. Perform client assessments, execute and document doctors' orders, and maintain comfort care standards. Occasional on-call availability after hours and weekends is required. A current New Jersey RN license and one year of recent clinical experience are necessary, with prior home care or hospice experience preferred. Solid computer skills and EMR proficiency are needed to support daily operations.
Required Qualifications
- A current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in NJ
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned
- Occasional on call after hours and/or weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Prior home care and/or hospice experience
- Solid computer skills
- Prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
