Job Summary
Registered Nurse with post-registration experience sought to join Nottinghamshire Hospice in Your Home Team, delivering planned 1:1 care in patients' homes across a 7-day roster. Role emphasizes patient-centered palliative care in the community, working within a multidisciplinary team. Comprehensive induction provided; prior palliative care experience not required. Requirements include UK driving license and access to a vehicle, enhanced DBS check, and eligibility to work in the UK. Shifts include early, late, and night slots; hours range 18-36 per week with 9-hour shifts. Required Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Nurse (NMC registered) with post-registration experience
- Ability to deliver generic palliative care in the community

- Ability to work across a 7-day roster including weekends and bank holidays
