Job Summary
Assume full nursing responsibility for delivering the Plan of Care for each hospice patient, continuously evaluating performance to increase productivity and quality. Develop and implement treatment strategies based on scientific nursing theory to promote physical, psychosocial, emotional, and spiritual well-being, while collaborating with other professionals. Maintain patient confidentiality and make sound critical decisions regarding care delivery in a cost-effective manner without compromising quality. Requires Georgia RN licensure, one year of clinical experience, and CPR certification. Sign-on bonus available.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing
- 1 year Clinical experience
- RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure Upon Hire
- CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation Upon Hire
- DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State
- Current driver's license, valid vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation
