Job Summary
Complete initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments of patient needs and provide service or treatments requiring specialized nursing skills. Initiate appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures while counseling, supporting, and instructing patients, families, and caregivers in meeting their nursing and related needs. This after-hours and weekend role at Assisted's Covina hospice branch requires a California-licensed Registered Nurse with current CPR, health, and TB clearances. No on-call requirement exists for this position.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing
- Current, active license in the state of California Board of Nursing
- Current CPR clearance
- Current health clearance
- Current TB clearance
